"Recent

This past summer we again visited Gettysburg PA and our friends from the
Pennsylvania
chapter of HIPI, as always we had a great time and did have a couple interesting
experiences.
While checking out Sach's bridge where three confederate soldiers were hung for
desertion
we
got a pretty impressive EVP of what sounds like a horse crossing the wooden
bridge, nothing was
heard by anyone at the scene. While our PA member Christine was on the battle
field asking
spirits if they could drop the temperature to show their presence I recorded a
drop from the
ambient 68 degrees to 51 degrees. Several orbs visited us in our suit at the
Braferton Inn,
And we had a great time visiting Cash town Inn though we caught nothing there
but a pretty fantastic lunch :) Check out the pic's and vids using the link on
down the page.
This past weekend we visited the Willard library home of the gray lady. We got
skunked
on
this one as sometimes happens even in the most active of paranormal locations,
We
still had a great time though and the buildings architecture is amazing! I
highly
recommend visiting if you get a chance. Upcoming investigations in the
works for
November include a firehouse with some good reported activity, and a private
home that also has been reported as holding promise for an interesting
investigation.
Tonight was enjoyable as I hosted an impromptu investigation at our own haunted
house
for a group of great teens from a local organization. Though the Farrington
house
was a bit quieter then normal we did have some tapings, a door close on its own
and one participant felt a touch on their shoulder.
Happy Hunting Steve Caldwell
Chris and Steve lead operators of HIPI's
Pennsylvania chapter recently honed their
investigative skills by attending classes
with the TAPS group. Chris says these
were some great people and that she
learned a few new things.
